Enhancing Governance with Care

Collaboration and empathy are at the core of our approach while working with Governments. Over the years, this has led to deep partnerships and faith within the system and we have collectively spent more than 12,000+ Co-Working Hours with Officers from Governmental Institutions to Co-Implement Programs and Co-Publish Policies.

Skilling System Leaders

We work closely with Government Officers and Teacher Mentors to facilitate the building of a highly skilled middle management cadre of the Public Education System.

 

Through our work with more than 10,650 System Leaders,

we have seen an average of 10% growth in the learning of Officers.

Empowering Teachers

We are committed to Co-Implementing Programs and Co-Creating Content with Governmental bodies to improve the quality of Teacher Education and facilitate effective teaching practices, resulting in effective classroom practices.

We have been able to empower more than 2.5 Lakh Teachers through our programs and content.

Improving Student Learning Outcomes

Our Students need to learn Future-Readiness Skills, especially Foundational Skills like Literacy and Numeracy. By driving for effective classroom practices through Governance, System Leadership and Teacher Education, we have seen growth by 10.57% in Literacy and 19.33% in Numeracy through our FLN project in Maharashtra for Students from Grades 1, 3, and 5
