Recognizing the need for quality foundational learning, SALT addresses the challenges in teacher development, classroom assessments, and digital content creation, ensuring a holistic approach to education.

1,98,425 observations conducted of 65,000+ teachers over 2 years, providing crucial insights into pedagogical practices.

What?

Our solution involves creating tailored blended learning courses, designing pedagogy-based lesson plans, and establishing a cadre of teacher mentors to support educators at all levels.

Our Objectives

  1. Create and implement high-quality, need-based blended learning courses for teachers.

  2. Design structured pedagogy-based lesson plan compendiums for all teachers.

  3. Institutionalize a cadre of teacher mentors at the school complex level.

  4. Streamline e-content creation and curation process for DIKSHA.

  5. Digitize and manage the TEACH classroom observation tool.

16,154 Observers Certified after a rigorous exam and mapped to 100% Teachers in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

We implement our solution through collaboration with SCERT and DIETs, ensuring alignment with state education policies and leveraging technology for effective content delivery and teacher support. The program's impact extends to students, fostering an environment where every child has access to quality education and the support they need to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.
