Why?
Through LEAD, we are transforming Maharashtra's education landscape by equipping officers with the skills and knowledge necessary to lead effectively in a rapidly evolving educational environment. Recognizing the need for skilled leadership in education, we identified a gap in officer training and development, prompting the creation of the LEAD Program to address this crucial need.
